40 Jerks, 2x24k
Today I tested 24k jerks.Previous best was 6m @ 6rpm, for 36 reps.Today: 4m @ 10rpm, for 40 jerks.That’s a 4 rep improvement- 11% more reps 2/3 the time.High rep light jerks seems to be working for me. Think I’ll keep it up!
